The Cooking Program aims to train professional chefs who adopt a creative, innovative and responsible gastronomy approach, are knowledgeable about local and global culinary cultures, equipped with technical knowledge and skills, and committed to the principle of sustainability. Our mission is to provide our students with comprehensive training in the light of modern culinary techniques and ethical values, ensuring that they become creative and pioneering individuals who make a difference in the sector.
